Ionica Energy AB and Piemonte Energia SRL have entered into a strategic partnership with the objective of actively contributing to Italy’s ongoing energy transformation.
As part of the agreement, Ionica Energy AB becomes one of Piemonte Energia’s innovation companies, with a particular focus on expertise in energy storage solutions and energy transformation.

The partnership strengthens collaboration around technical solutions based primarily on Swedish technology, adapted to the Italian market. The focus lies on the development and implementation of energy storage and renewable energy production supporting a more sustainable and resilient Italian energy system.
As part of the collaboration, Piemonte Energia SRL has also become a shareholder in Ionica Energy AB, further reinforcing the long-term partnership between the companies.
